Pesto Spread

Here’s a recipe I have been making for ages. It’s always a hit and unique enough to where many people may not have ever had it, but will ask for the recipe. I make my own pesto, you can find the recipe on this site, but your favorite jarred pesto works here too.

Ingredients

2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened

1/3 - 1/2 cup pesto (use the amount to your liking)

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil), chopped (use the amount to your liking)

4 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled

2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts

Method

Spread the softened cream cheese evenly onto a platter. Top with pesto and spread evenly. Sprinkle on the sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese and pine nuts. Serve with your favorite crackers. All the ingredients can be adjusted to your liking. Enjoy!
