Baked Corn Pudding
Ingredients
2 packages Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 eggs
1 stick softened butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 cans whole corn, do not drain
2 cans creamed corn
Method
Prepare a 9" x 13" casserole dish by greasing the bottom and sides with butter. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!
